I've spent my career in roles where the goal is the same regardless of industry: take something complicated and make it run. Whether that has meant coordinating international student travel, managing the systems behind a large ministry, or helping members of a credit union solve a problem at the counter, the common thread is consistent—pay attention to the details, take ownership of the work in front of you, and build something others can rely on.

I love the parts of work most people don't see: the organized spreadsheet, the documented process, the calendar that actually reflects reality, or the SOP that saves the next person two hours. I'm energized by bringing structure to complexity and by supporting the people doing the work that everyone else gets to see.

I bring resourcefulness, organization, and a strong sense of responsibility to every team I join. I take pride in being dependable, following through on commitments, and executing work with excellence.
